Puppy Acquisition Process:

Research the breed: Know in advance that you really want a Labrador Retriever and that you can meet its needs for food, health and recreation.
Application Form: This helps us to get to know you better and determine which litter would be ideal for you. In addition, the form allows us to know your preferences.
Contact of interest: After reviewing your form, we will contact you to confirm interest according to the availability of reservations and we take the opportunity to get to know you better and clarify any doubts .
Initial Puppy Reservation: Upon confirming the dog's pregnancy, the initial puppy reservation is made with an initial deposit that will be communicated at that time. Once the client is contacted to make the reservation, they are given a period of 3 working days to make the deposit or transfer (in US dollars), before moving on to the next person on the list. At this time, we provide the approximate date of birth, order of selection of the puppy according to the reservation and the approximate date of collection of the puppy.
Birth of the litter: When the puppies are born, the second payment is made (completing 50-60% of the final amount).
Selection of your puppy: At 6 weeks of birth, the puppies are vaccinated for the first time, and the owners come to the premises to visit and choose their puppy according to the order of reservations (this can also be done by photo or video). The breeder can make recommendations according to the needs of the owner.
Picking up your puppy: Puppies go home when they are no less than 8 weeks old. The remaining 40-50% of the final amount is paid before or at the time of receiving the puppy. The puppies are delivered IN PERSON at the breeder's residence, in a defined period of time (which is communicated by mail when the litter is born). WE DO NOT SHIP PUPPIES.
Responsible ownership and follow-up: To ensure responsible ownership, we regularly contact owners for puppy updates. If responsible ownership is impossible, the puppy must return to the Marmolejos Labs home.
